At SCAVA (operated by SRI VENKATESWARA GAMING AND CAFEYEE SERVICES), we value your privacy. This policy explains what personal information this website collects, why, who it is shared with, and the choices you have.
1. Information We Collect
- Booking details: your name, mobile number and email address, plus the court, date, time, length, add-ons, promo code and amount of each booking.
- Membership purchases: your name, mobile number, email address and the plan, court, start date and daily time you choose.
- Account details, if you create an account: your name, mobile number, email address and any optional profile details you add, such as skill level or notification preferences.
- Enquiries: the details you enter in our contact, coaching, membership and event forms.
- Payment records: the payment status and the order and payment reference numbers returned by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card, UPI or bank details.
- Basic technical information needed to run and protect the site, such as your IP address, used to limit repeated booking attempts and prevent abuse.
2. How We Use It
- To create, confirm, manage and refund your bookings and memberships.
- To send booking confirmations and updates by SMS and email, and sign-in codes by SMS if you sign in with your phone.
- To reply to your enquiries.
- To prevent fraud and misuse of the booking system.
- To understand how the site is used, only if you accept analytics cookies.
3. Payments
Online payments are processed by Razorpay. Your payment details are entered on Razorpay's secure checkout and handled under Razorpay's own privacy policy. SCAVA receives only the payment result and reference numbers.
4. Service Providers
We do not sell or rent your data. We share only what is needed with the providers that help us run the service: our website hosting and database provider, Razorpay for payments, our SMS provider for confirmations and sign-in codes, our email provider for confirmations, and, only with your consent, the analytics providers listed below.
5. Cookies and Analytics
We use necessary browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your booking progress and remember your cookie choice. Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity, where enabled) load only if you choose Accept in the cookie banner. If you choose Necessary only, none of them load. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.
6. How Long We Keep It
We keep booking, membership and payment records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet our accounting, tax and legal obligations. Enquiries are kept while we handle them and for a reasonable period afterwards. Account details are kept until you ask us to delete your account.
7. Your Rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw a consent you have given, at any time. Some records, such as payment records, may need to be kept for legal reasons even after a deletion request.
